Food is always great!

New to the area and went with friends. Good comfort food in relaxing environment. I had my first hamburger "pony". I'm not sure I could eat one every day, but it was a tasty treat! Good times and I'll certainly be back for more (after I jog off this pony!)

I had the hamburger horseshoe, with cheese sauce on top and added chili for 60 cents more. It was delicious, I had a cherry Coke to drink, which they refilled twice.

If you want great food, this is the place to go for it. This bar is known for their ponies, horseshoes, and homemade onion rings. It also has a very family friendly atmosphere so bring the kids. The owner and staff are the best. #localfood

Have a cold one, burger and chili. Great way to wait for your wife while she shops. Better yet, bring your wife with you cuz she will love a glass of wine, salad and your stimulating conversation. Then pick up groceries and head home. The Pubs relaxing atmosphere, friendly waitresses and reasonable prices are something you will want to repeat visit.

All of the food at Jackson Street pub is amazing. They have the best horseshoes I’ve ever had! My favorite place to eat in Macomb!

First time at Jackson's and I gotta say that I'm really impressed! My grilled chicken sandwich was really, really tasty and juicy, and the you can never go wrong with the cheese curds! Friendly staff and great, quick service! I'd definitely visit again "and order the same food too 😊"

Carol is always pleasant and makes your dining experience extremely enjoyable not to mention that the homemade tenderloin and lattice fries are AWESOME!!!!! BEST PLACE FOR LUNCH EVER!!!!

Great food and atmosphere

Ignore the dive bar aesthetic and enjoy. This place has good food and good drinks. It hasn't changed much in 25 years, and that's a good thing. Give it a try.

The best ponies/horseshoes in town!

Was in Macomb for the week for work, and stopped here for lunch on one of the days. The staff was super nice, and were busting their butts the entire time. Food was amazing! Will definitely be returning next time I'm in town.

Bars are fun

Ham ponyshoe was very good and large portion. Chicken strips are big with light breading. Outside seats. Wonderful waitstaff

The food is good and the prices are reasonable. While this is fairly standard Midwestern pub food, the tenderloins are a good size and the jack sticks are awesome. Just be careful going to the restroom, as the floor has a weird slant to it, and the restrooms are tiny.

The burger was very good. The Price is Right. They didn't have any onion rings. Was looking forward to eating onion rings as I haven't had them for quite some time. Good place to eat.

Great bar food and service. A certain classic bar ambiance. Not fine dining but the dining is fine.

Food was great, the customer service, not so much. They literally refilled everyone else's drinks around us and asked them how their food was. However, they never asked us. Our waitress took our orders and never reappeared.

Jack stix and original Cheese Burger. Unbeatable food at great prices. Cold beer, clean mugs and an expertly sarcastic bartender. This place has it all!

Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, food is pretty solid. I suggest the seasoned fries, as opposed to the lattice.

I enjoyed when I was a student and it's still as good years later. There was no way I could come to Macomb and not stop there for a pony or horseshoe. It is delicious!

Excellent food at a reasonable price! Couldn't ask for more friendly Service! Food was hot and Fresh and came out in a very timely Manner! Truly a hidden gem in Macomb! Would definitely recommend!

Good pub food but don't look closely at your surroundings. Hasn't been cleaned well in years, not to mention the floor slopes badly.
